Compare with Vancouver
My hometown and Vancouver are very different in a lot of ways. Firstly, Vancouver has very beautiful ocean view, and my hometown is not by the ocean. I love the ocean view in Vancouver. I have been dreaming of seeing the ocean since when I was little. I think the ocean view is extremely beautiful. However, my hometown does have very beautiful lacks. Vancouver has some lacks too such as the lacks in Stanley park, but not as many as in my hometown.
Different People
Secondly, people in Vancouver are different too. For one thing, they look different due to the different races. Most Canadians are white, so they have lighter skin, bigger eyes, and stronger body compare to Chinese people in my hometown. For another, they also have different personalities. Canadians are more out going compare to Chinese. They always like to make jokes to each other. So it is really fun to be with them.

Different Buildings
Thirdly, there are a lot of very tall buildings in Vancouver. They are mostly by the ocean and they are very modern and beautiful. However, since my hometown is as big as Vancouver, it only has short buildings. My hometown is just a very nice and little town, it makes me feel more quiet and relaxing there. Even if there are a lot of travelers come to my hometown every year, it is still nothing busy compare to Vancouver. |
