My Dear Parents
To talk about my big family, I have to talk about my little family first. The little family means me, my mother, and my father. The picture on the left shows this happy little family. This picture was taken when I was only 5 years old. At that time, my parents were still both very young. My mother used to a seller in a store, later on she became a manager for a hotel. And my father changes his job a lot because he doesn�t like to do one thing for too long. However, after a lot of changing, he finally becomes a successful business man. He is not doing very big business but little business. I mean he is not very reach but can earn enough money for the family. Another picture on the left shows me on my one year old birthday. I am my parents� only child. I think I am very lucky to be their daughter because this is such a sweet little family. My parents love each other a lot. They almost never fight in their entire marriage. They love me a lot too, and they are very smart. They always try to give me the best education, but never spoiled me. They often teach me how to take care of myself and how to work very hard. I think I have a thousand thanks to say to them. I know how to work hard for myself now due to their excellent teaching.

My Cousins on My Mother�s Side
Even if I am the only child of my parents, I have never been lonely. Because I always have my cousins to play with me. The picture on the left shows two of my cousins on my mom�s side. We are as close as sisters. In this picture, we dressed like in old time to have fun. The one on the right is me. The one the right is called Jia. The one in the middle is called Lin. We have almost the same age. We are all girls, but in this picture Lin tried to pretend to be a King. Is that funny?
Me and Lin are especially close. We are very good friends since we were really little. The two pictures above are two pictures of us. We are not sister, but we are closer than sisters. We grew up together and we love each other a lot. We often talk with each other the whole night until 5 o�clock in the morning. Every time we gather together it is very hard to make us apart. I feel very lonely when I have to leave her. I miss her a lot since we haven�t seen each other for more than a year.

My Cousins on My Father�s Side
My father�s parents have five kids including my father. And each of these five kids has only one kid. So I have four cousins on my father�s side in total. We are very close too. The picture above shows us when we were playing a game on the ice. The one in red is me. I am the second youngest among them. The little girl in pink is a very cute baby and she is the youngest. The one in white is my oldest cousin and she went to Switzerland to go to university a few years ago. Right now she is managing a 4 star hotel in Beijing. The only boy is the second oldest and he is called Wei. And he lives in Vancouver right now. Actually, he goes to the Coquitlam College with me together. The girl on front of me is also working in Beijing now. And she is getting married in 2005, so I am very happy for her.
